All cancellations must be received in writing via email (email@example.com). Cancellation & Refund Policy will be strictly enforced because all our courses require a great deal of planning, preparation, and cost.
A refund will be given, less $500 USD for each ABAM Course or Fifteen Percent (15%) for any other courses as administrative fees if cancelled 30 days prior to the start of the workshop.
Within 30 days but not less than 16 days prior to start date, a 50% refund will be given.
within fifteen days of the start of the course, the course fee is non-refundable for cancellation but may be used toward a future workshop with the approval of MED Courses Conference.
One (1) Day prior to the course or “No Shows” will not qualify for any refund.
In the remote event that MED Courses Conference has to cancel a program, a full refund of the registration fee will be refunded. The delegate shall incur bank or transfer charges cost. MED Courses Conference shall not be held responsible for expenses that registrants or its employers may have spent on non-refundable airline tickets, related travel costs, claims for lost wages, or hotel accommodations in the event a course is cancelled or sold out. We reserve the right to refuse registration from any attendee. Seminar Location, Agenda, course instructor can be subject to change without prior notice. MED Courses Conference shall not be liable for any claims, losses, costs, expenses, delays or loss or enjoyment, of any nature or kind whatsoever resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, flight cancellations or changes, strikes, labor disputes, lockouts, threats or acts of terrorism, acts of war or declared war, instructor no-shows, weather conditions to resulting in cancellation of program, or damages to persons or property arising out of or connected to this function.
Your registration will not be valid and confirmed until your course fees have been received. Registration will not be taken without payment of course fees, in full. You will receive a written confirmation from our office upon confirmation and receipt of your payment for a course. Until you receive this confirmation, please do not assume you are registered for the course.
If you have not received a confirmation within 3 days, please contact us. Your registration is not finalized until you receive this written confirmation from our office. We are not responsible for accommodating unconfirmed registrations in the event of a sold out course.
